The Mutual Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Actuary, Reserving in Analytics to lead quarterly reserve analyses across Property & Casualty lines. Job Description: The Senior Actuary, Reserving performs and supports Property & Casualty reserve analyses across multiple lines of business. This role helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of loss and loss adjustment expense reserves through sound actuarial analysis, strong technical execution, and disciplined documentation. The Senior Actuary partners with Claims, Finance, Underwriting, and other stakeholders to evaluate reserve adequacy, monitor emerging trends, and provide insights that support financial reporting and business decision-making. This position also supports continued improvement in reserving practices, governance, and analytical capabilities.
Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in-office days.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annual base salary depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
