  • Cross‑System Integration & Alignment: Drive consistency in integration patterns, data flows, and system interactions across platforms; collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and other application teams to ensure cohesive, aligned solutions; act as a technical connector across systems such as policy administration, billing, ECM, underwriting workbench, and supporting platforms; ensure data flows are accurate, efficient, and scalable across the application landscape.
  • Quality, Standards & Continuous Improvement: Establish and reinforce standards for solution design, development practices, and system integration; identify and address technical risks, gaps, and inefficiencies across systems; drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and overall technical quality; contribute to reducing technical debt through practical, forward‑looking solutions.
