The Lead Engineer, Enterprise Applications is a technical leader responsible for guiding solution design, enabling effective delivery, and ensuring scalable, high‑quality implementations across enterprise applications supporting core insurance operations, including policy administration, billing, enterprise content management (ECM), underwriting workbench, and related systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with cross‑functional collaboration and solution leadership. The ideal candidate works closely with development teams to guide implementation, partners with business stakeholders to shape solutions, and aligns with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and scalability across the technology landscape. This position plays a critical role in improving delivery quality, reducing technical risk, and ensuring systems are designed and implemented to support long‑term business needs.
Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in‑office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in‑office days.
Anticipated hiring range: $130,000 - $155,000 annual base salary depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. $140,000 - $170,000 annual base salary depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location in CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, and PA.
