Qualifications

• 7-9 years experience building and deploying predictive models in an insurance environment.
• Master's degree in Actuarial, Statistical, or Data Science field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
• Demonstrated success implementing predictive modeling solutions for insurance use cases.
• Strong SQL skills; Python skills preferred with other modeling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personally build predictive models with focus on complex projects meeting strategic and regulatory parameters.
• Lead design of models best-suited for specific tasks and create execution plans.
• Identify and propose new technologies and tools for pricing analytics.
• Lead communication of project results to business partners and manage delays.
• Mentor team members in development and career pathing.
• Ensure documentation for regulatory, legal, or business concerns.
