Qualifications

• ACAS designation with 7+ years of actuarial experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong auto and general liability pricing experience.
• Proven leadership of small teams (1–3) and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analyses for auto and general liability lines.
• Develop and maintain pricing models using GLMs.
• Present findings to senior leadership in clear terms for non-actuaries.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance, claims, and operations.
• Mentor a small team of actuaries/analysts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance.
