Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Manager for its life insurance consulting team in the US. You will lead client delivery across financial modeling, regulatory issues, M&A, and product development, while mentoring junior staff and growing revenue. The role offers exposure to life insurance operations and opportunities for advancement.

This position can be remote or in a major U.S. market, with emphasis on delivering high-quality work and maintaining WTW Excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience in life insurance, consulting, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory capital regimes and pricing concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues and manage projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sellers to identify new business opportunities and drive proposals.
• Lead components of large projects or manage smaller engagements to meet objectives and budgets.
• Oversee and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality work per WTW standards.
• Support client meetings and communications, and contribute to development of intellectual capital.
