Qualifications

• Fellow or near-Fellow of a recognized actuarial society.
• At least 7 years of progressive life insurance experience.
• Expertise in pricing, reserving, and financial modelling.
• Strong knowledge of SAM regulations.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficient in actuarial software and programming languages (Prophet, AXIS, R, Python).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with large datasets and complex financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of pricing models for life insurance products.
• Perform complex reserving calculations according to regulatory and accounting standards.
• Conduct financial projections, experience analyses, and solvency assessments.
• Provide actuarial input to product development, marketing, and underwriting.
• Mentor and develop junior actuaries and analysts.
• Collaborate with finance, product development, and risk management teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
