Job summary

VIAC Services Company (Venerable) in West Chester, PA seeks Senior Actuarial Associates to lead actuarial data validation, inforce control processes and reconciliation frameworks, ensuring completeness and accuracy of inputs. You will design enhanced control checks, develop automation using Excel, R, VBA and SQL, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with auditors and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, economics, finance or closely related field with 3+ years actuarial experience.
At least three Society of Actuaries exams toward ASA designation completed.
Proficiency with Excel, databases, actuarial projection tools and valuation software; SQL/R/VBA.

Responsibilities

Lead actuarial data validation and inforce control processes.
Develop and improve control frameworks; design automation using Excel, R, VBA and SQL.
Prepare materials for regulatory filings, experience studies and risk analyses.
Serve as primary actuarial contact for auditors and stakeholders; present findings.
Mentor junior associates and review work for accuracy and compliance.
