The role involves defining problems, outlining data needs, developing potential solutions, and mentoring junior staff while guiding analyses and presentations for decision makers. The position covers insurance pricing, experience studies, predictive modeling, and provider analytics.

Formación

• 3 years experience in an actuarial role.
• 6 Exam Components required; 10+ preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and diagnose problems; outline data needs for studies and develop solutions.
• Create analyses and presentation materials for decision makers; provide cross-team recommendations.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead actuarial studies, analyses and reporting.
• Ensure internal/external consistency and perform reasonableness checks.
• Communicate technical work to both technical and non-technical audiences; provide decision support.
