Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty experience, including Pricing or Reserving.
• Experience with ResQ or similar reserving software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, R, Python, VBA, PowerBI.
• Ability to translate data into a compelling story and visuals.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and time management.
• Able to work independently and in a team; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data with ResQ to build actuarial projections.
• Recommend reserves and support data-driven decisions with visuals.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify trends in claims data and their business impact.
• Collaborate across Pricing, Product, FP&A, and Claims to share insights.
• Present analyses to decision-makers and stakeholders.
