Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The Senior Actuarial Analyst will support the actuarial team by conducting advanced data analysis and providing insights for strategic decision-making in a healthcare organization. Responsibilities include actuarial modeling, risk assessment, financial forecasting related to healthcare products, services, and operations. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including finance, underwriting, and clinical departments to ensure accurate pricing, risk management, and performance monitoring. Additionally, the individual will assist in regulatory compliance reporting and enhance predictive models to improve healthcare outcomes and cost efficiency.

Experience: At least 3 years of related experience
Market-competitive packages including base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base salary ranges from $69,742.40 to $116,254.20. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, etc.
