Job summary

P-11 Security, Inc. is seeking an Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support for SCI and SAP activities. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, adherence to SOPs, and coordination with government personnel on clearance actions.

Requirements include 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a current Secret clearance with SAP access readiness. DoD SAPCO SAPNP training may be required for personnel security functions.

• Ability to maintain security records and assist with audit readiness.
• Familiarity with facility access, personnel security, and SCI/SAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day multi-disciplined security support for SCI and SAP activities.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with government personnel on security clearance actions and inspections.
• Maintain security documentation, access control, and incident reporting.
