Regency Pacific Management is seeking a dedicated activities assistant to support weekend programming for residents. You will provide group and individual activities, ensuring engagement across physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs while aligning with the facility’s goals.

In this role you will follow the monthly activities calendar, document resident participation, attend care conferences, and report to the activities director.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and private vehicle required.

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
• Report to the activities director
