Van Dyk Health Care in Hawthorne, NJ seeks an Activities Assistant to join our caring team supporting seniors. This part-time role runs 9:00am-5:00pm with pay of $15.92 per hour.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, driven and motivated for success; training is provided for arts, crafts and activities. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with benefits including a generous paid-time-off package and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience with arts, crafts and music is a plus, but not required; training provided.
• Compassionate, dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with residents to meet their needs.
