Job summary
Falcons Landing is seeking a PRN on-call Activities/Recreation Assistant to enrich the lives of our senior residents and Veterans. You will help organize group and one-on-one activities across Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Qualifications
- Experience with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred.
- Energetic, positive and engaging personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at least one weekend per month and holidays on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist with group and one-on-one activities in Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
- Lead engaging programs such as exercise, arts & crafts, games, reminiscence, and sensory activities
- Help plan and support the weekly activities calendar
- Assist with resident outings and special events
