Shorehaven in Wisconsin is seeking an energetic individual to join our activities team, focused on enriching the lives of seniors, including those with dementia. A creative approach to programming is a plus and memory care experience is valued.

The role supports planning and executing daily activity programs, group exercises, crafts, and events with a focus on engagement and well-being. On-site work with competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a senior living environment preferred, memory care experience preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• Valid WI driver license with good driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, evaluate and execute daily group and individual activity programs for residents.
• Encourage participation and lead residents in group activities (exercise, crafts, games).
• Assist in planning materials and developing monthly calendars.
• Assist with special events.
