Qualifications

• Experience in a long-term care/rehabilitation facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or assists with group activities under the supervision of the Director.
• Plans and provides activities for residents including music, sensory, reminiscence, and cognitive therapies.
• Leads one-on-one sessions for residents unable to attend groups.
• Matches Recreation with individual needs to motivate participation.
• Supervises volunteers as needed and arranges activity spaces.
