Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience and/or training in activities or caregiving.
• Certification from state approved activity program (preferred).
• Current Kentucky driver’s license (Class B CDL endorsement) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and individual activities (arts & crafts, games, music, drama, light exercise).
• Adapt activities to residents’ abilities and care plans.
• Assist with sensory, art, and music therapy programs.
