Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes is preferred.
• Strong schedule management to effectively coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of aging issues, counseling, and addressing the unique needs of elderly individuals.
• Excellent event planning skills with a creative approach to engaging residents.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families while demonstrating compassion and understanding.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in program development and implementation.
