Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging programs for residents at El paso Rehab and Healthcare Center.

You will assess resident needs, coordinate activities, and help create a warm, fun, and inclusive environment that enhances quality of life for seniors in our community. Training and competitive benefits offered in a family-owned company founded in 1985.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Must be flexible, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Experience as Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director with assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services for residents.
• Provide support in planning and delivering engaging programs.
• Ensure activities are tailored to individual needs and interests of residents.
