Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging activities for residents. You will help assess needs, organize programs, and ensure smooth execution to enhance resident well-being.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for seniors, strong communication, and a professional presence. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC activity experience and an activities certification are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible, energetic, and caring demeanor.
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• At least one year of activity/recreational services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in assessing and organizing activities.
• Help implement activities and recreational services addressing resident needs and interests.
