Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Active Directory - Technical Engineer to lead and support secure AD services across enterprise environments. This role focuses on design, implementation, and documentation within the Directory Services team, driving improvements and adherence to IT strategy and roadmap.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, handle complex production issues, and provide after-hours support as needed while coordinating with vendors and global partners.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Active Directory experience with enterprise design/maintenance.
• Three or more years managing large multi-AD forest environments and migrations.
• Three or more years managing Azure AD and O365; experience with MFA and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

• Manage large Active Directory environment, lifecycle activities, OS upgrades, hardware replacements.
• Manage AD infrastructure, Azure AD Connect, MIM/FIM for daily operations.
• Consult and provide AD integration guidance for application teams.
• Serve as escalation point for application support with MSPs; ensure SLAs are met.
• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation and troubleshooting steps.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline IT and enterprise solutions.
