Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA is seeking a senior investment professional to lead analysis of commercial and residential real estate structured products, and to contribute to investment decision-making and strategy.

You will collaborate with the fixed income desk to translate credit fundamentals into actionable recommendations, monitor issuers and markets, and drive process improvements with advanced analytics and automation. In-office: Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment management, with 4+ years in active credit structured products (CRE/IRR/data centers).
• Proven leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical modeling skills for credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Own coverage of CMBS/RMBS; translate market/regulatory impacts into opportunities.
• Build purchase/sale recommendations based on fundamentals and risk analytics.
• Lead surveillance of issuers/sectors; monitor credit quality and trends.
• Drive automation and workflow improvements using advanced analytics.
• Present views to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to strengthen Active Credit.
