Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Training Specialist V to lead the design and execution of advanced acquisition training programs. You will manage training materials, maintain databases, operate the LMS, and respond to Service Desk inquiries requiring refresher training.

The role involves creating desk guides and measuring training impact. You will quickly digest DON and DOW policy updates, craft concise courses, and supervise staff across multiple training initiatives,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and 10+ years as a DoD contract specialist (1102) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of adult learning, knowledge transfer, and course preparation within the last 15 years.
• DAWIA Level II, CFCM, or equivalent certifications.
• Expert-level experience with DOW acquisition policy, practices, and procedures.
• Expert-level understanding of federal acquisition regulations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create acquisition training materials and maintain training databases.
• Manage LMS and training logistics; advertise opportunities and collect feedback.
• Develop concise, engaging training materials in response to policy updates from DON/DOW.
• Lead planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of acquisition training programs.
• Mentor training specialists and develop executive-level performance reports.
