Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain, maintain and access the required information for federal contracting and security requirements.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities for evaluating targets and strategic fit.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition targets aligned with growth strategy.
• Evaluate financial statements, market data, and industry trends for target assessment.
• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for ROI estimates.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to gather information and support execution.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
