Job summary

Astrion is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to directly support Cloud One (AFLCMC/HNII) within the C3I and Infrastructure Division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role is full-time, salaried, with clearance required and a salary range of $115,000–$130,000 annually.

Responsibilities include providing program level acquisition support, coordinating with senior management, developing schedules and risk management plans, preparing RFP inputs, and ensuring DoD policy compliance across cost, schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with at least three years of experience, three in the DoD.
• Or seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements.
• Or five years of experience in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development.
• Provide program level acquisition support to leadership.
• Analyze program health and advise on cost, schedule and performance options.
• Develop briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
• Provide inputs to RFPs including system specs, SRDs, SOWs and CDRLs.
• Review acquisition documents for consistency and accuracy (ADM, LCSP, APB, PMRs, etc.).
• Prepare and review acquisition reports per DoDI guidance.
• Apply DoD and AF policy and guidance to acquisition work.
• Outline policy disconnects and manage acquisition efforts.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field

Three years of experience in the respective discipline including DoD

Seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications

Five years in the DoD
