Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the MAGTF C2 program office, reporting to leadership weekly with acquisition strategy insights and documentation across six Agile Release Trains.

You will maintain program briefs, charts, and staffing data, manage SharePoint configuration, and provide polished edits to ensure compliance with DoD policy. A DoD clearance and PMP/ACSM familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 8 years of DoD program management/analysis experience per Staffing Matrix.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 eligibility.
• Strong drafting and editing skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAFe (PI planning, system demos) familiarity and JIRA experience.
• Experience maintaining a SharePoint site as the system of record.
• Self-starter with proactive ownership of difficult documents.
• PMP or Program Management certification preferred (PWS C.4.3.3.1).

Responsibilities

• Research acquisition strategy and draft/update program documents.
• Create, update, and track briefs, org charts, and staffing spreadsheets.
• Maintain configuration control on the PM MAGTF C2 SharePoint site.
• Provide technical editing for grammar, spelling, and DoD policy content.
• Support funding obligations, spend plans, and Integrated Program Management Plans.
