Job summary

Nationwide IT Services seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to support SAF/AQQ at the Pentagon. The role focuses on lifecycle management for Global Reach programs, including C-5, KC-46A, CV-22, and related systems.

Requires a TS/SCI clearance, strong PPBE familiarity, and extensive acquisition experience at HQ/Program Office levels. The candidate will analyze budgeting data, develop briefs, and support milestone reviews, with on-site work five days a week at HQ USAF/Pentagon.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering discipline.
• A total of 10 years of acquisition experience in a System Program Office and/or Air Force Headquarters.
• Experience with PPBE process and budget documentation.
• Proficient in computer-based communication/office IT tools (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Support HAF budget preparation and defense, SAE oversight, and PEO program execution.
• Maintain and analyze planning, scheduling, and management data.
• Study and advise on requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation.
• Provide assessments of programs approaching milestones and contractor issues.
• Research trends, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Make funding and scheduling recommendations and set program direction.
