Responsibilities

The PM/SME Services position will provide subject matter expert acquisition support across the lifecycle, including planning, requirements, solicitation, and post-award management.
Responsibilities include developing acquisition plans and milestone schedules, performing market research, and preparing procurement packages (SOWs, SOOs, PWSs).
Provide recommendations on contract type and acquisition methods, and present planning documentation for higher-level reviews.
Apply extensive acquisition knowledge to analyze requirements, support strategy, develop documentation, and advise on outcomes.
