Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support the Attack Systems Division, FMS at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires DoD acquisition expertise, and leadership across the full acquisition lifecycle.

The position emphasizes development of LOAs, IMS management, and coordination with FMS stakeholders, ensuring compliance and schedule adherence in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate with 10 years experience, 5 in DoD.
• Bachelor’s with 12 years experience, 5 in DoD.
• Citizenship: US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Possess advanced knowledge to work independently and apply procedures.
• Provide expertise in acquisition lifecycle and compliance with DoD/AF regulations.
• Assist with procurement of systems and equipment ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct program analysis and develop recommendations for decisions.
• Prepare and analyze program documents (pre-LORs, P&A analyses, MOAs/MOUs).
• Apply acquisition initiatives and support procurement of NDI/COTS/FAA-certified items.
• Ensure compliance with Performance-Based Environment, Evolutionary & Agile Acquisition.
• Support compliance tasks for JCIDS, CONOPS, SAR, DAMIR, SMART, MAR, POPS, DAES, PMA, APB, CRRA.
• Plan, facilitate meetings and offsites, recording actions and security needs.
• Provide acquisition strategic advice and IMS guidance.
• Assist with LOA development and interface with FMS stakeholders.
• Plan development, production, deployment, and manage cost/schedule/performance.
