Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition statutes, regulations, and policies (FAR and IC supplements).
• Experience evaluating complex acquisition strategies for compliance, risk, and sound judgment.
• Ability to perform complex cost and price analysis and develop negotiation positions.
• Knowledge of contract types and appropriate application across programs.
• Ability to interpret procurement laws to guide policy and implementation.
• Skill in communicating procurement concepts to senior officials.
