Job summary

KBR seeks a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Analyst to lead a three-person team delivering operational and logistics analysis for Air Mobility Command (AMC) and AFLCMC NGAL modernization initiatives. You will translate government needs into DoW requirements and acquisition documentation, ensuring compliance with DoD policies.

You will coordinate with AMC, Air Staff, SPOs and other stakeholders to deliver AoA studies, risk management, and integration across teams, while working on-site at Scott

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in military acquisition requirements generation and DoW acquisition programs
• In-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition policies, procedures, and regulations
• Understanding of DoD Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Management Guide for Defense Acquisition processes
• MAJCOM experience in A5/A8 or equivalent
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead NGAL programmatic, systems engineering, and strategic planning efforts.
• Oversee NGAL operational analysis ensuring DoD/DoD policies and regulations compliance.
• Drive research, analysis, and product delivery for NGAL AoA decisions and JFRP documentation.
• Coordinate with AMC, Air Staff, SPOs and stakeholders to align requirements.
• Translate government-approved needs into DoW requirements and acquisition documentation.
• Develop and deliver requirements identification, selection, acquisition strategy artifacts, schedules and risk management.
• Engage across stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
• Present detailed analysis results to senior AMC leadership and stakeholders.
