Job summary

Everforth ECS Federal seeks a Senior Acquisition Analyst to provide acquisition and programmatic support to Government personnel in planning, developing, executing, and managing acquisition actions in support of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). The role ensures procurements are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with cost, schedule, performance, and training objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting acquisition or contracting activities within a DoD or Federal environment.
• Experience developing and reviewing SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs.
• Conducting market research and acquisition planning.
• Tracking contract actions and deliverables; coordinating with contracting offices and technical teams.
• Assisting with funding documents, milestones, and evaluations.
• Possession of an Active Secret security clearance.

• Develop and review acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs).
• Coordinate market research, acquisition planning, and IGE/contract strategies.
• Staff requirements packages and track contract actions and modifications.
• Support technical and cost proposal evaluations per established criteria.

The individual supports the fullacquisitionlifecycle to ensure procurements are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with cost, schedule, performance, and trainingobjectives.

Responsibilities include supporting development, review, and coordination ofacquisitiondocumentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research documentation,acquisitionstrategies, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). TheAcquisitionAnalystsupports preparation and staffing of requirements packages, tracks contract actions and modifications, and coordinates with contracting offices and technical teams.

Additionalduties include supporting technical, management, and cost proposal evaluationsin accordance withestablished evaluation criteria;assistingwith funding documentation andacquisitionmilestones; tracking contract deliverables and performance metrics; and preparingacquisition-related reports and briefings. The role collaborates closely with systems engineers, test engineers, logisticians, financial analysts, and leadership to ensureacquisitionactivities effectively support TADSS development, fielding, sustainment, and modernization efforts.

TheAcquisitionAnalystprovides analytical support and recommendations to enable informedacquisitiondecisions and ensuresacquisitionprocesses are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Minimum of 5 yearsof experience supporting acquisition or contracting activities within a DoD or Federal environment
