Job summary

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations for multiple CRE properties, ensuring accurate billing, cash application, and reporting.

You will coach and develop a high-performing AR team, manage workloads, and partner with Property Accounting leadership to improve efficiency and service delivery. The role emphasizes scalable processes, timely month-end close, and effective collaboration with Property Managers, tenants, and clients in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts receivable, preferably within commercial real estate or high-volume settings.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• CRE industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong AR knowledge: tenant billing, cash application, aging, reconciliations, reporting.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication to guide the AR team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR operations for multiple CRE properties, incl. tenant charges and cash receipts.
• Lead and develop AR Supervisors, Leads, and Administrators for accurate work and growth.
• Manage workload, deadlines, staffing, and priorities for timely close.
• Maintain consistent AR procedures, docs, and process expectations across the team.
• Monitor tenant ledgers, aging, reports, and cash applications to identify risks.
