Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting and Staffing is working with a client near Raleigh, North Carolina, to find an experienced Accounts Payable professional. You will manage full cycle AP, catch up work from the previous finance team, and perform AP tasks in the client’s ERP system and SharePoint.

The role involves supporting the AP Subledger and participating in weekly finance team meetings, with additional AP duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, specifically in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with various ERP systems.
• Strong ability to ‘figure things out’ and work with various team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle Accounts Payable processing.
• Catch up and clean up from the previous finance team.
• Process AP activities within the client’s ERP system and SharePoint.
• Support of the AP Subledger.
• Attend weekly meetings with the finance team.
• Provide other AP support as needed.
