Kforce has a client in the Saint Louis, MO area that is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative accounting team that is expanding and offers strong opportunities for growth. This role will oversee the full accounts payable process, support month-end close activities, and drive process improvements within a multi-location environment. • Manage invoice processing, coding, approvals, and vendor payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card)


• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience; Multi-location experience preferred


• NetSuite or other ERP system experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred


• Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and vendor management


• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)


• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
