• Assist with end-to-end accounts payable processing.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and controls.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve payment issues.
• Support tax reporting and regulatory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, PO vouchers, reimbursements, and other payment requests.
• Prepare EFT/ACH and check payment batches.
• Maintain vendor documentation including Forms W-9 and payment details.
• Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary records to the general ledger.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve issues and improve processes.
