• Uses FAMIS, eProcurement, and eTravel systems to audit and process payments.
• Maintains filing system for accounts payable documents for easy retrieval.
• Serves as liaison between faculty, staff and vendors to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Verifies accuracy of invoices and receipt of goods/services and supports audit processes.
