Qualifications

  • . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • . Four (4) years of related professional accounting or fiscal management experience.
  • . Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • . Prepares, reviews, and approves routine and non-routine accounts payable, cash receipts, and general billing transactions.
  • . Reviews, investigates, and reconciles high-volume, complex financial transactions, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and statements.
  • . Coordinates asset, liability, and capital account entries and analyzes data for fixed asset establishment.
  • . Conducts billing and wire transfer activities for various accounts and property tax processes.
  • . Processes real property transfer forms for property deeds.
  • . Prepares complex financial reports and trend analyses for management.
