Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of 2-way and 3-way matching and AP controls.
• Demonstrated ability to reconcile AP subledgers and support month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in ExFlow and D365 accurately.
• Perform 3-way matching for stock invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions and mismatches.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Administer the annual 1099 reporting process.
