Job summary

AAA USA Inc is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The role assists with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and reporting while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors.

You will prepare journal entries, perform month-end close, manage vendor records, issue invoices, and support audits and regulatory reporting. Strong Excel, GAAP knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain general ledger transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and analyses.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare schedules.
• Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor records.
• Generate customer invoices and apply payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
