Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager - Accounting in Irving, TX to lead the monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance and oversee accounting policies. You will coordinate with the CFO/Controller, supervise Accountants and drive accurate financial reporting and year-end audits.

The role requires 8–10 years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards). This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business with emphasis in Accounting.
• 8–10 years of accounting experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or related enterprise systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls, GAAP, and SOX practices.
• Analytical skills with data reliability and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial close process with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls in a SOX environment.
• Coordinate with external auditors to achieve clean year-end audits.
• Lead a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants.
