Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and timely statements. You will lead general ledger, month‑end close, budgeting support, and coordinate with external auditors and tax requests.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Accounting, 8+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in supervision, and hands‑on experience with Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards; Korean bilingual preferred. Some extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business with emphasis in Accounting.
• Korean bilingual (Business literature level proficient).
• Minimum 8+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in supervision or management.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or related enterprise system.
• Lease Accounting (IFRS 16).
• Knowledge of internal controls, GAAP/IFRS, and documentation practices.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GAAP-compliant general accounting transactions.
• Actively manage AP team with collaboration with Revenue/Billing.
• Track financial status by monitoring variances from budget.
• Lead month-end close and prepare internal financial statements.
• Coordinate external auditors and tax requests.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Continued focus on improving accounting processes.
• Perform ad hoc projects as necessary.
