Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Line of Business, Financial Planning, Corporate Development and Policy to support initiatives.
• Inspire the team to drive efficiencies and reduce risk through process improvements.
• Lead a team of associates responsible for accurate accounting and financial reporting.
• Develop subject matter expertise in technical accounting aspects and consult on how accounting impacts reporting.
• Review documentation to substantiate information in SEC and regulatory filings.
• Support external audits and SOX/regulatory compliance.
