Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to lead end-to-end operational accounting, including the month-end close, cost accounting, revenue and COGS, inventory, treasury, and the general ledger within a high-growth renewable energy company.

The role partners with Finance, Systems, and business teams to translate daily activity into accurate financial information, and to optimize controls and processes across the close, treasury, and system implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting with operational focus and close ownership.
• 4+ years leading close, reconciliations, journal entries, and analyses.
• Renewable energy, construction, or inventory-based project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own operational accounting across cost accounting, revenue, COGS, inventory, AR, AP and general ledger.
• Lead monthly close within nine business days and ensure GAAP-compliant processes.
• Oversee revenue recognition, AP function, vendor controls, and related reconciliations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems, data, and processes.
