Job summary

RADAR is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations and systems at our New York office. You will be responsible for the month-end close, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and enhancing our financial infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in tools like NetSuite and a commitment to driving improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-8 years of relevant experience, and the ability to mentor a team. The annual salary range for this position is $120,000-165,000, inclusive of comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a modern ERP system.
• Strong command of US GAAP and operational accounting.
