CV3 Holdings LLC's CV3 Financial Services division in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and AP, manage ledger, and ensure GAAP compliance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 4+ years supporting mortgage lending, private lending, real estate finance, or loan accounting operations
• ERP/accounting system experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close experience
• Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidations
• 3+ years of people management experience leading accounting professionals
• Advanced Excel skills and large dataset analysis
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Support external auditors and annual audit process
• Maintain entity trial balances and intercompany schedules
• Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy
• Lead and develop accounting staff across multiple entities
• Identify process improvements and implement accounting policies
