Job summary

A leading organization in government contracting seeks a Senior Accountant to manage multiple legal entities within a complex, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include financial close, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience in U.S. GAAP compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of lease accounting under ASC 842.
• Ability to manage deadlines related to month-end close and year-end audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close for 60+ legal entities in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and variance analysis.
