Job summary

Wilder Technologies, LLC, based in Vancouver, WA, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. You will partner with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain to analyze costs, margins, and trends, while supervising accounting staff.

Reporting to finance leadership, you will drive budgeting, forecasts, and capital expenditure analyses, and collaborate across Wilder Technologies and Amphenol

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Seven to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including manufacturing/tech environment.
• Experience supervising or leading an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Experience supporting monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and operational financial analysis.
• ERP experience required; experience improving accounting systems, reporting, or workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and statements under U.S. GAAP and Amphenol policies.
• Prepare and review monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Analyze product costs, margins, inventory, and business trends with cross-functional leaders.
• Oversee standard cost maintenance, inventory valuation, and variances.
• Support budgets, rolling forecasts, and capital expenditure analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX/COSO compliance; documentation and testing.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax, and corporate finance.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and ERP workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify cost-reduction and working-capital improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff; support cross-functional projects.
