Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the accounting team, including AP, AR, and GL staff.
• Maintain accuracy of financial records: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee financial transactions ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Implement accounting policies to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Conduct periodic audits and perform financial analysis for trends and risks.
• Recruit, train, and develop accounting staff; set performance goals.
