Acrisure is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day accounting operations for our growing insurance agency. You will supervise AP/AR, review billing, oversee commission revenue reporting and reconciliations, and manage a small accounting team including external resources.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of reconciliations and GAAP, and hands-on experience with Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Insurance agency accounting experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with carriers to resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise a small team.
• Manage AP/AR, revenue reporting, and commission reconciliations.
• Post journal entries and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and process improvements.
